An NLP-Informed CCE Programme for Credentialled Coaches

RENEW is a 30-hour Continuing Coach Education programme for credentialled ACC and PCC coaches preparing for credential renewal - and for any qualified coach seeking high-quality CPD aligned to the ICF Core Competencies.

Across ten 3-hour sessions, RENEW takes a curated set of NLP-informed frameworks and uses them as practical tools for deepening your application of the ICF Core Competencies. NLP is the means; deeper coaching is the purpose.

The programme delivers exactly 24 hours of Core Competency CCE and 6 hours of Resource Development CCE — meeting ICF's required ratio for credential renewal in a single programme.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 10 Ă— 3-hour live sessions on Zoom with Pam Rigden PCC
  • 30 hours of ICF-accredited CCE (24 CC + 6 RD)
  • A set of NLP-informed frameworks for recognising what your client is bringing — and responding skilfully within a coaching conversation
  • Deeper application of the ICF Core Competencies, particularly Maintains Presence (CC5), Listens Actively (CC6), Evokes Awareness (CC7), and Facilitates Client Growth (CC8)
  • A deepened awareness of your own patterns, values, beliefs and states — and how these shape your coaching presence

THE SCHEDULE

Every other Thursday, 12.00–15.00 UK, from June to October 2026 (with August off).

Pay ÂŁ1000 in full, or spread across four monthly payments of ÂŁ250.
