Three one-to-one mentor coaching sessions with Pam, tailored specifically to where you are in your coaching journey.

This add-on supports:

• ACC coaches preparing for credential renewal — completing the individual mentor coaching component required by ICF, whether you need just the 3 individual hours on their own or are pairing them with the Group Mentor Coaching included in our RENEW Group Mentoring add-on
• ACC coaches working towards PCC — building the depth and reflection needed for the next credential
• PCC coaches who want focused one-to-one support to deepen their practice

What's included:

⭐ 3 × 1-hour sessions with Pam, scheduled at times that work for yo

⭐ Detailed written feedback on 3 of your recordings — so you know exactly where you are against the ICF Core Competencies and PCC Markers, and what to focus on

⭐ A structured space to work on your specific development areas as a coach

Please note: ICF requires mentor coaching to be spread over a minimum of 12 weeks, so your three sessions will be scheduled with appropriate gaps between them.
