RENEW + 10 Hours of Group Mentor Coaching

The complete 40-hour CCE renewal package

RENEW is a 30-hour Continuing Coach Education programme for credentialled ACC and PCC coaches preparing for credential renewal. Across ten 3-hour sessions on Zoom, RENEW uses a curated set of NLP-informed frameworks to deepen your application of the ICF Core Competencies — delivering exactly 24 hours of Core Competency CCE and 6 hours of Resource Development CCE.

This package adds 10 hours of specialist Group Mentor Coaching to RENEW, delivered live in the hour following each RENEW class (with two hours on the final session). The mentor coaching focuses specifically on integrating the NLP-informed frameworks you've learned into your live coaching conversations. It's exclusively available to RENEW participants and is delivered in groups of 10 or fewer, in line with ICF requirements.

Together, RENEW + Group Mentor Coaching delivers the full 40 hours of CCE required for PCC credential renewal — in one place, with one trainer, on one schedule.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 10 Ă— 3-hour live RENEW classes on Zoom with Pam Rigden PCC (30 hours CCE: 24 CC + 6 RD)
  • 10 hours of Group Mentor Coaching with Pam, integrated into the RENEW schedule
  • A set of NLP-informed frameworks for recognising what your client is bringing — and responding skilfully within a coaching conversation
  • Deeper application of the ICF Core Competencies, particularly Maintains Presence (CC5), Listens Actively (CC6), Evokes Awareness (CC7), and Facilitates Client Growth (CC8)
  • A deepened awareness of your own patterns, values, beliefs and states — and how these shape your coaching presence 

For PCC coaches: The 10 hours of Group Mentor Coaching counts toward your 40-hour CCE renewal total. Mentor coaching is optional for PCC renewal but a powerful way to integrate what you've learned across RENEW into your practice.

For ACC coaches: The 10 hours of Group Mentor Coaching satisfies the 7-hour group requirement for your ACC renewal, with 3 hours of additional CCE on top. To complete the 3 hours of individual mentor coaching ICF also requires, add our Individual Mentor Coaching to your order.

THE SCHEDULE

Every other Thursday, 12.00–15.00 UK (with mentor coaching to follow), from June to October 2026, with August off.

Pay ÂŁ1,500 in full, or spread across four monthly payments of ÂŁ375.
