Jacquelline Lawrence is an ICF-PCC coach, coach mentor, supervisor and DiSC practitioner, with experience of working with career professionals and leaders globally, supporting them to lead beyond technical expertise, leverage their strengths and values, and build cultures that balance performance, accountability and psychological safety. Her coaching style is holistic, client-centred and grounded in positive psychology and emotional intelligence. She dedicates a portion of her time to pro-bono work, supporting social impact and eco-businesses, young people and women from disadvantaged backgrounds.

She is also an English qualified lawyer with over 18 years of experience working in the legal, financial services and technology sectors. She has worked alongside senior leaders and sat on risk and remediation committees at major banks.

When she’s not working, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and supporting various initiatives in her local community and charity events.

Gill is a certified coach, supervisor and mentor with over 30 years’ experience in leadership, learning and development. She holds a PCC with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is an Accredited Master Coach with the Association of Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision (APECS).

What she loves most is seeing someone come back into alignment with themselves – whether that’s a leader reclaiming their voice, a coach reconnecting with their values, or a team finding a way forward that feels honest and real.

Her work spans executive coaching, leadership development, coaching supervision, mentor coaching and thinking partnership. She’s worked with clients across healthcare, energy, transport, professional services and more – from senior leaders navigating major transitions to coaches refining their craft.

She is known for being calm, thoughtful and gently challenging. She asks good questions, listens carefully and creates reflective spaces that feel purposeful but unpressured – where people can get clear, feel more like themselves, and figure out what really matters.
