Where you are purchasing as a consumer, you have 14 days from the date we send your welcome email in which to cancel. To cancel, email us at team@coachesforgood.co.uk. You do not need to give a reason. Written notice of cancellation takes effect on the date we receive it.

If you cancel within those 14 days, and we have not yet begun delivering the Programme and you have not accessed any of the online learning materials, we will refund your fee in full.

Our groups begin on set dates, which you choose from when enrolling. If the group you choose begins within the 14 day cancellation period, and you cancel after the Programme has begun, we will refund your fee less a proportionate amount reflecting the elements of the Programme already delivered to you. If you have accessed the online learning materials, a proportionate amount reflecting that access will also be deducted.

After the 14 day cancellation period has ended, the fee remains payable in full and no refund will be given.

Refunds are made within 14 days of our receiving your cancellation.
