The 2027 ICF Mentor Coaching Changes: What They Mean For You

Right now, any Tom, Dick or Harry can call themselves a Mentor Coach. Sorry, any ACC, PCC or MCC. Myself included. We're qualified as Coaches, not as Mentor Coaches, which is why the quality varies so wildly.

From January 2027, ICF is changing that, with a new Mentor Coach Specialisation (MCS). From April, the way ACC and PCC candidates are assessed changes too. There's a lot of noise about it, some helpful, some not.

In this session I'll cut through it. No ICF jargon, no panic. Just what's actually changing, what's still unclear, and what you can do now while the current pathways, and prices, are still open. Because very few of today's mentor coaches will qualify in time, mentor coaching is about to get scarcer and pricier, and there's a real window to act before it does.

Whether you're qualifying as a coach, working toward your ACC, due to renew, or stepping up to your PCC, there's a path for you, and I'll walk you through all of them.

Wednesday 10th June, 12 - 1.30pm. Bring your questions.
